The Chatsworth Lodge Range

The Chatsworth Lodge is yet another example of Stately-Albion's customer led design philosophy, if it's what our customers want, we try and build it!

Demand for timber-clad homes has rocketed over the last few years. The Chatsworth Lodge was produced to meet demand, with a view that Stately would continue to offer terrific value for money and coupled that with Stately's willingness to 'tailor' standard designs to meet customers' needs.

The exterior features a gable over the front door; box bays and gold glazing bars set in-between the double glazed window panels. All the good looks without any extra cleaning!

Inside, the home is designed to be comfortable throughout the year, although designated a leisure home, these lodges are built to full residential standards, exactly the same as the well-known Stately-Albion residential models.

The Lakewood Lodge Range

The sophisticated Lakewood is ideal for those seeking luxury, versatility and practicality in a leisure home. The full length windows and patio doors ensure you enjoy your view of outdoors from the sublime comfort of indoors.

The first thing that steals your attention as you approach the Lakewood is the veranda - the ideal location perhaps for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or even a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down. Where an integral veranda is not required the Lakewood also comes in versions without a veranda. An upgrade to the non-veranda Lakewood are a pair of concertina doors. What better way is there to bring the outdoors into your lodge?

On entering the home the large contemporary living space is stylishly furnished and has a practically designed kitchen. The kitchen comes with a full integrated appliance package of fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The vaulted ceilings enhance the spaciousness of the Lakewood which, should you wish to do so, lends itself well to entertaining.

The Seaton Lodge Range

The Seaton Lodge is a single unit home with a larger than expected interior. You will have the option of entering through the front via the french doors or the exterior door into the kitchen-diner.

The lounge with a beautiful cream leather suite and modern fire suite, is as usual complimented by our curtains and carpets which have been carefully selected to create a welcoming atmosphere.

There is a door that separates the lounge from the well appointed kitchen-diner. The range of kitchen units cleverly disguises an integrated fridge and your choice of washing machine or dishwasher.

The family bathroom has the desirable opula bath complete with shower screen with basin and mirrored wall cabinet cover.

The bedrooms are inviting with a most unusual design to the master bedroom, here our designers have angled the bed, for that extra appeal. It also has a large walk in wardrobe and en suite shower facilities.

Overall be sure that the Seaton has evolved from planning your comfort.

The Seawood Lodge Range

From the moment you enter the Seawood, through either the patio or the French doors, the luxury is obvious. The 180° glazed frontage will show that both inside and out, the Seawood is truly spectacular.

The contemporary living room and open kitchen dining area, along with the vaulted ceilings, produce a light and spacious feeling that belie the twelve foot width. The attractive fitted kitchen has an integrated fridge and washing machine or dishwasher; together with stainless steel oven, hob and chimney hood.

Should the temperature outside drop, the excellent central heating system and double glazing ensure you won't even notice it. However long you stay, we are confident that this delightful home will exceed your expectations.

The Warwick Lodge Range

Available in a two or three bedroom layout, we are sure that in the Warwick we have answered all of your requirements.

The open plan living area is divided from the kitchen via a low level wall, an attractive lounge suite and curtains will be sure to delight you. However should you require an alternative package, our friendly staff will always be pleased to help you make your selections.

The large kitchen diner has been well thought out with plenty of storage. Please request details from our sales staff about maybe upgrading your kitchen with our integrated appliances.

The lounge enjoys plenty of light with large patio doors and full length windows, a glazed exterior door, gives a second entrance into the kitchen. The diner also enjoys full length windows which will ensure that you will always enjoy the view.

The bedrooms are very comfortable with the maximum storage that you can all rely on Stately-Albion to provide.
